Hello friends, my name is Diana Ndolo from Kenya. I have worked in retail departmental stores, but I am currently not working. Learning more about managing people better and understanding people from different cultures is my goal. A team will hold me accountable so I will join one definitely.
Managing people is not easy and especially when the staff are older than you. What I have learnt is that they need to know the organization's big picture and incorporate that to help them fulfil their why or life's purpose.

    Welcome on board Diana
