As a CEO in a project dealing with public health, they will need to know if enough resources was put in place for field activities, if during the planning phase all the necessary concerned for the project were taken into consideration. The director general has a major stake in the process because he is responsible for providing direction, setting objectives and coming out with goals and strategies to facilitate the preparation of a feasible budget.
