    The three stakeholders are the ones I consider top users of my budget basing on the requirements of our policy and funders.

  • Head of programs with head of finance in the country office they sit together every now and then to monitoring the budget especially by closing of monthly accountancy, Finance prepare the template for them to with data of last month updating balance send to them to update their forecast for coming months and send back to Finance to update the master budget tool and accordingly updating Cashflow budget and share with them once again as last updating files then to approve and share with Board ( Regional officer, Finance, Desk Office)
