I am Yihew Biru biologist working as a researcher in the Ethiopian Biodiversity Institute (EBI), Addis Ababa Ethiopia. My research interest is on the conservation and management of wild animals and their habitats. Usually it demands development of research proposals, data collections, analysis and finally developing scientific reports. However, evaluating how the research project is going and collecting feedback from the intervention actions remains poorly threated. Therefore, to solve such shortcomings in my areas of specialization I am applying for this M&E short term training. I hope I will gain to much spending time with you.
