Most donor-funded projects are implemented based on donor requirements and their understanding. However, Grantees may know the ground-level situation than donors. Accordingly, Customizing output, outcome, and indicators should be profitable for addressing the needs of targeted beneficiaries. Accordingly, before conducting an intervention, clear collaborative and participatory involvement in designing an intervention should be increased.
