M&E in health promotion
How to establish an M&E plan for a health promotion project:
The importance of M&E is to help to manage datas, output of a project to know if it reaches his objectives. But in a project promoting health with activities where stakeholders are municipalities, and health centre, the outputs of activities are regarding toward them how to measure the impact of our activities on the health promotion.
Municipalities are reinforce to take decisions that promote health, to think about health promotion in the implementation of every project that can be related to health in any or other way.
Health centre are mobilized for a competition to promote hygiene and reception.
so to measure the impact of that project on health promotion, is it right to only collect data to the level of municipalities and health centre hygiene and reception of the better way is it to measure the health of the population, or is it better to make an M&E plan for every project where the health promotion view have been associated to and health centre to know have the real efficience of the project?
