Setting target for a project
1 Reply- targets is very important in carrying out a project, a good target may determine the donors interest on the project, from this course I got know that that no only a target can be too low but unrealistic by being to high.

Indeed, one can be very ambitious and optimistic but the objectives of the project must be realistic. Speaking of realistic objectives, they must be supported by good evaluation criteria.

Thank you for your post. Targets are important in carrying out a project, thus highly dependent on the development of S (Specific) .M (Measurable). A (Attainable) .R (Relevant).T (Time bound) goals.

I think the most challenging thing about setting targets is being objective and realistic while being ambitious enough.
