Hello.
On this MEH project since they already have their goal which is "to let girls borrow small amount of money (micro-loans)", i would precisily suggest that they should first create a budget like providing total loan of $10,000 for girls in 34 kenyan villages in 24 months. They have to know how well that is going through progress measurement which can be done by having a person like retail who will records,analyse, process as well as Monitoring loan. And they have to plan on how to collect information and data of loan applicants without forgetting their recommendations and opinions on how they see the project.
