How do you verify Risk and Assumption and what tools do you use?
The reason is that some assumtion might based on a limited information or evidance, while others might have changed or evolved over time such as risks that were introduced by Covid19 that we did not unticpated or we could not have forecusted. Some these risk introduce new opportunities and challenges at the same time.. We can train theory of any online platform but the challenge has always been when it comes to practical training that needs specialised rooms or training space.
