Unrealistic Targets
Targets by their nature are aspirations,they are a level we would like to reach as an organisation, they motivate us and give us directions. Therefore setting are unrealistic and unrealisable targets can drain and demotivate a team. It also can result in donors losing faith & trust in the project. To avoid setting unrealistic targets we have to avoid using our feelings when setting targets, we have to use data to set challenging yet realistic targets
