what is the difference between M&E, MEL and MEAL
I would like to know what is the difference and where is each of these applied

Hi there, For me I do not see much of a difference. The last two adds the aspect of Learning to M&E. So basically we do monitoring and evaluation of our projects or programs and then we apply what lessons we've learnt from those projects. What learnings have we generated that can be shared to others or even management to improve the project or inform development of new projects/intervention. Thats my take. Thanks
