  • Module 2. Doubts on assumptions and role of evidences in project description.

While, the risks and assumptions is a different sections from the role of evidences in project summary, i found that, if the sufficient evidences/studies are not considered while designing project summary, it overlaps and more number of risks and assumptions in the last column of the logical framework.
I observed that identifying sufficient evidences for the project summary could reduce the number of risks and assumptions.
    Shared as my observation only.

    Thanking you.

  • In a situation where you are planning a project for the first time without any previous knowledge of the risks involved. How do we guide against assumptions and bias?
