I am from Scotland and started a fortnight ago with a non profit organisation that is currently growing extensively and whilst it is funded for the short term by Scottish Government etc we need to look at the longer term also. I am the Head Of Finance and indeed Fundraising.
Whilst I am a finance professional with a wealth of experience I have little fund raising experience directly and so am hoping to learn as much as possible.
