And that we adopt programs that the work team can handle lightly, or that we train them well to use them, which raises costs.
But also, this software has easy access and storage on cloud storage sites, so it can be adopted instead of paper

But I think that it is better to store digital data in the form and print it as a hard copy backup to ensure a return to it in the event of software failure or high costs of obtaining it

One day I took my laptop for repairs, as I was at work I was told by my CEO who was by then overseas to log in to teams and participate in a meeting. I joined in using my cellphone and I was able to view all the data that were discussed.

I am working for TBHIVCARE. I am a Data capturer for 4 years now. I use TIER.NET software to capture all TB and HIV patients. There is a IT team that is employed to offer the service of maintenance on computers in clinics and hospitals. These guys are employed by TBHIVCARE and their job is ensure that computers, laptops, desktops and TIER.NET are functioning properly.

Data management technology involves the digital means of storing, processing and analysing data. This can involve the use of a spreadsheet or other softwares depending on the experience of the data collection team.

One advantage of this is the ability to access data from anywhere, however it requires good security and expertise.

In my opinion, using digital methods for data management is the easiest and best way, because access is more flexible, fast, and easy. And for technical support, hiring internal staff or consultants is also the best way, because it will make the job easier.

As mentioned already, organizations will have to hire IT consultant in case there is a breakdown in the system which is off course expensive but if among their staff is one IT consultant then it manages the situation. Aside from introducing "inhouse", organizations should equally embrace what is known as periodic teaching/learning. it could be done quarterly. where staff are given a particular task which will enable them improve their skills on related aspect of work.
