Extremely exciting course. The best I have taken so far on advocacy. The further reading materials are so insightful.
The course has covered so many areas that can help in effective advocacy. If advocacy is the solution then the question or the problem has fully been revealed in this course. Cant wait to invite my colleagues to grasp the good skills which are in this course,

Congradulations to everyone who completed this along with me.
I learned something that have filled in some Gaps for me and organizations I work with. This course is excellent and I am passing it along to others to learn from so we can all advocate and make change together. I am so happy and grateful to have completed this course. One of the things I did not really consider in advocacy work, is the risks. This module has been so eye opening. I prefer to be educated in advance and prepare. I am excited to share what I have learned and work on new strategies.
Well done.
Having completed the course, it is now time to re-look at my organizations advocacy strategies with the intention of strengthening it for success.

Well said. I must say it was engaging and practical. Thanks to our wonderful instructors and Philanthropy University
This has been an awesome journey and I do understand that advocacy has to be applied in every organization pursuit.
Thank you philanthropy university🙏
I am excited to inform that I have finished the entire course from module 1 to 6 and honestly it was interactive , informative and educative.
Just one concern on the reading for module 6, the website leading to the reading should be revisited because when you try opening it says it’s corrupted.
My other concern is on grades for the assignments, it’s been over 3 days I haven’t seen my grading for modules 3 to 5 and module six quiz I made an error I wouldn’t redo my quiz.
Happy to have finalizing this course , it was kind of challenging but well always trying your best at least and indeed i have tried, thank you to all the people , teachers that contributed their voices to make us learn something very powerful, you guys are appreciated...
I am Happy to inform you that I have completed the MODULE 6, Quize and Assignment, thanks for your Knowledge pass onto me.

I must say i'm privileged and i'm grateful. I have finally concluded this study on advocacy and I hope to use every information and knowledge that I have acquired to build my career and eventually build my own army of advocacy team.
implentation plan is key to every advocacy program from its design, planing, tactics and frameworks, methods of evaluation , risk identification and mitigating.
Advocacy is such a powerful tool to change or influence people's beliefs and behavior, and knowing how to do it well with good approaches definitely leads to positive outcomes. understanding how to use the risk analysis tool makes problem solving manageable. I am happy to be associated with this experience.

After learning all that is needed in advocacy, I can see that I'm ready to go out there to practicalise and implement all that we have been taught. Now, we are fully equipped to advocate for the issues in our society and the strategy in which to go about it and how to settle the risks that comes with it in order to achieve the set goals .

Thank you.

Love the module!
The risk analysis template is important and i believe should be done even when planning advocacy strategy. This will also plan our activities accordingly.
I did not do very well in the quizzes, but scoring low on the quizzes helped me learn more about my failures, and failing in some quizzes helped me consolidate my knowledge. I am happy to have engaged in this course. I have grown spiritually. Thank you.
I am happy to inform that i have successfully done this module 6 covering reading, listening, quiz, assessment, and 3 peer's assignments.

well done. I learned alot too.
Yeah! It's very important to anticipate about risks and mitigation measures so that when happen will be easy to deal with.It was a nice experience to learn from this course!
A great course to assist with advocacy Thank you !.
Of course we can all be so passionate/active/busy that we may miss putting some of the great elements to work. An implementation review of our own activity and plans seems wise - along with a risk assessment. A great time for a small team to be assembled for the review, to prepare some materials and ideas to share with all in our organization.

Thank you for the knowledge impacted. It was a success.
Excellent course - very useful
i am very happy to have this module completed and it has enlightened me on the risks involved in advocacy work
Congratulations
My take on this is that once risks have been identified, the implementation plan for the same is contained in the mitigation measures. All this must be contained in the standard operations procedures for the organization to ensure compliance.
Congratulations
I have successfully finished my assessment test and assignment of module 6.Glory be to God
Excellent course. Very thankful for this opportunity presented through GlobalGiving. Thank you!

English is a West Germanic language of the Indo-European language family, originally spoken by the inhabitants of early medieval England.[3][4][5] It is named after the Angles, one of the ancient Germanic peoples that migrated from Anglia, a peninsula on the Baltic Sea (not to be confused with East Anglia in England), to the area of Great Britain later named after them: England. The closest living relatives of English include Scots, followed by the Low Saxon and Frisian languages. While English is genealogically West Germanic, its vocabulary is also distinctively influenced by dialects of French (about 29% of modern English words) and Latin (also about 29%), as well as by Old Norse (a North Germanic language).[6][7][8] Speakers of English are called Anglophones.

The earliest forms of English, collectively known as Old English, evolved from a group of West Germanic (Ingvaeonic) dialects brought to Great Britain by Anglo-Saxon settlers in the 5th century and further mutated by Norse-speaking Viking settlers starting in the 8th and 9th centuries. Middle English began in the late 11th century after the Norman conquest of England, when considerable French (especially Old Norman) and Latin-derived vocabulary was incorporated into English over some three hundred years.[9][10] Early Modern English began in the late 15th century with the start of the Great Vowel Shift and the Renaissance trend of borrowing further Latin and Greek words and roots into English, concurrent with the introduction of the printing press to London. This era notably culminated in the King James Bible and plays of William Shakespeare.[11][12]
Modern English has spread around the world since the 17th century as a consequence of the worldwide influence of the British Empire and the United States of America. Through all types of printed and electronic media of these countries, English has become the leading language of international discourse and the lingua franca in many regions and professional contexts such as science, navigation and law.[3] Modern English grammar is the result of a gradual change from a typical Indo-European dependent-marking pattern, with a rich inflectional morphology and relatively free word order, to a mostly analytic pattern with little inflection, and a fairly fixed subject–verb–object word order.[13] Modern English relies more on auxiliary verbs and word order for the expression of complex tenses, aspect and mood, as well as passive constructions, interrogatives and some negation.
English is the most spoken language in the world (if Chinese is divided into variants)[14] and the third-most spoken native language in the world, after Standard Chinese and Spanish.[15] It is the most widely learned second language and is either the official language or one of the official languages in 59 sovereign states. There are more people who have learned English as a second language than there are native speakers. As of 2005, it was estimated that there were over 2 billion speakers of English.[16] English is the majority native language in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand (see Anglosphere) and the Republic of Ireland, and is widely spoken in some areas of the Caribbean, Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Oceania.[17] It is a co-official language of the United Nations, the European Union and many other world and regional international organisations. It is the most widely spoken Germanic language, accounting for at least 70% of speakers of this Indo-European branch. There is much variability among the many accents and dialects of English used in different countries and regions in terms of phonetics and phonology, and sometimes also vocabulary, idioms, grammar, and spelling, but it does not typically prevent understanding by speakers of other dialects and accents, although mutual unintelligibility can occur at extreme ends of the dialect continuum.
It is the course which make you to happy
Really appreciate the contents, esp. analysis of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation to motivate advocacy targets. Based on the graphs of change over time and audiences, it also gave me what type of activities suitable to the topics I am focusing to address
I would like to take this opportunity to thank philanthropy university for this wonderful site where knowledge is acquired for development.it has been both an interesting lesson and a challenging one where some modules that required two answers and yet the instructions didn't get indicate thus leading to my poor performance
