Very easy to understand!
The nine-part framework is excellent!
The eight elements of success have provided me with new knowledge and experience to measuring success of a project. However,it is sometimes confusing to distinguish between the means to achieve project impacts and the real impacts. This mostly happens when the the mission of the project is not specifically and concisely stated.

Yeah! It is trues that the nine-part framework works greatly to measuring the succeess of the program which is the most challenging part of many programs delivered to beneficiaries
This module is very helpful in a way that it pushes organizations to establish a concise eight-words statement as the 'lift', especially considering how critical it is to deliver/ present the mission and vision to potential funding partners or investors.
The nine-part framework and lift are: Lift, Efficiency, Reach, Replicability, Scalability, catalytic effect, uninteded consequences, probability of sucess, sustainability.
This is a very interesting module
Learned a lot of interesting things which will be useful
Hello, can I relate an issue to someone here? I am kind of wondering if I could find out why grading takes too long to be carried out after one completes a course?

It is interesting to know that nine part frame work is actually very important in achieving success when dealing with making social impact. From all nine, I think that the most ignored which is "lift" is more important than I ever imagined. Lift is the margin of improvement your program is achieving per beneficiary and it should be measurable, obviously without these how can one measure impact made over a period of time.
An organization’s mission statement defines what it would like to accomplish. In other words, it defines what the organization’s lift will be.
Social impact planing for the success of organization is very important that enables the team to achieved their goals and objectives.
The reach, lift, efficiency, catalytic effect and replicability are the concept have overused by the development professional without knowing the their meaning and the differences in them. This part of the course has explained these terms with giving the examples.
The nine elements of the impact are so accurate
The nine part framework and lift is a power tool for impact evaluation and it teaches me a new lessons and guidelines that will help me in my organization and in my future endeavor.

What is Lift Framework?
Lift creates abstractions that allow easier expression of business logic and then maps those abstractions to HTTP and HTML. This approach differs from traditional web frameworks which build abstractions on top of HTTP and HTML and require the developer to bridge between common business logic patterns and the underlying protocol.
Lift Framework is a tool in the Frameworks (Full Stack) category of a tech stack.
Peer assessment involves students taking responsibility for assessing the work of their peers against set assessment criteria. They can therefore be engaged in providing feedback to their peers (sometimes referred to as peer review), summative grades (moderated by you or your colleagues), or a combination of the two. It's a powerful way for your students to act as the 'assessor' and to gain an opportunity to better understand assessment criteria It can also transfer some ownership of the assessment process to them, thereby potentially increasing their motivation and engagement. In doing so, your students might be encouraged to learn more deeply, building up their understanding, rather than just their knowledge of the facts, as well as gaining an insight into their own approach to an assessment task in comparison to their peers. This makes peer assessment an important component of Assessment for Learning
Social impact management plans are effective strategies to manage social issues. • They are developed in partnership with regulatory agencies, investors and community. • SIMPs link assessment to ongoing management and address social and community issues.
The Nine part Definition of success is an effective and efficient approach to tackling a social problem.
Nine- part framework for success measure efficiency, lift, reach and this determine the success of a program
The nine-part framework is very effective.
''Eight word mission statement'', this is a very powerful method I have never discovered in setting out a specific, clear and short mission statement.
It was interesting to learn more about the nine-part framework and lift. I feel this will help the organization I am a part of to approach our work with more specificity and intention, and will also allow us to more effectively measure our success. I am looking forward to learning more about each factor!
I learned something totally new.

Cost per beneficiary is simple and applicable in any planning
I really enjoyed the nine-part framework and lift. However, I think you can have an effective mission statement in more than 8 words. I could definitely write an effective statement in 10 words.

The framework for measuring social impact success as listed are very applicable to the project i work on. The videos showcasing case studies are apt and align with the work i do - creating improved livelihood for small holder farmers through the teaching of good agricultural practices, providing access to inputs, finance and market. The project commenced 3 years ago and it has achieved all those elements. We have been able to scale up, widened the reach and it is being replicated in other regions.
Cost per beneficiary is crucial to the sustainability of project. So therefore value for money must be at the heart of project implementation. When this is the, it should efficiently project spending.
Good learning
Lift is one of the first steps to achieve much more goals and expectations later

are excellent indicators to organise a frogram of an organization.
It teaches me a lot and I intend to apply it in my future project
Interesting way of working, really inspiring!
lift is an important element in the definition of social impact. it answers the question how well are you doing your work. the actual extent of the improvement brought to the beneficiaries is sought, for each of the beneficiaries. So to define the success of an organization, of an action, we must first focus on the lift. A margin of program improvement achieved per beneficiary must be measurable by identifying specific, quantifiable units of impact as a concrete objective for the organization. In this process, we should ask ourselves who should be impacted? what will change as a result of the initiative and how will it change?
when I summarize my understanding of lifting, it is the formulation of the desired change and the definition of the strategy to achieve this objective
very interesting
there is a direct link between the needs of the beneficiaries and the formulation of the lift

LIFT is a margin of improvement that our project program is achieving per beneficiary.
For example, measuring LIFT in one of our project for children with the sickle cell disease.
How impactful is that? We measure it by LIFT to find out any decrease of sickle cell crisis in children under our programme, and hopefully increase the average survival rate and increasing life
I am very happy to learn that our organization has been great in applying many of the principles in this module in the past.
