The most insightful thing I've learned from this module is the impact the individual organization and its goals has on the type of organization structure utilized. There is no right or wrong.
Accessibility is, of course, still an issue, and those who would like to participate will need access to regular, uninterrupted electricity and internet, which is still beyond the reach of many people around the world. But, I believe, this year is just the beginning of the change we will see and I would encourage anyone and everyone who can participate to do so.
It is a very good sharing in the workshop module before and use the tips after in a way to development the organisation structure.
Before this module I only focused on functional grouping when designing an organogram. I have now learnt about geographical, divisional and matrix which is quite enriching.
It was a great experience

Good morning.
Can someone give me more information concerning the methods to Undertake to create a chart?
Any system we wanted to create had to be done at scale. And at each level of scale, we anticipated we would have challenges. You have to be constantly thinking towards developing the next level of systems and processes.
The right organizational structure should connect a company’s strategy and values to a formal design that governs how a company makes decisions.

This course is really worth it. A combination of theory and practical, that's really good
The course was really educative
In the second module, I learned how to strucutre an organization. To structure an organziation, we need to start from its social mission and understand the mission well. After understanding the mission well, we need to work on the organizational strucutre, which can be through location, functional, divisional or matrix. Then, we went to discuss the organizational growth of the company, which is divided into five phases including creativity, direction, delegation, coordination and collaboration. In organization, we also need to hire not only for our current needs, but also in mid-term (1-3) and Long-Term (3-5) years. We also need to plan for succession with in the organization for the next growth.
That's actually a good idea !!!
Yeah, i agree with you. People usually just think about a year or two but from this module I learn that it's very important to think about sustainability of your organization.

I COULDNOT SUBMIT MY ASSIGNMENT PROPERLY
its much helpful
our next assignment will ask you to review your peers’ submissions. After you submit your own assignment you will be prompted to review and provide feedback on your peers’ work. Following the submission deadline for your own assignment, you will have one week to submit reviews of three peers’ work.
For each assignment that requires peer feedback, you will be given a rubric specific to the content to help guide your review of your peer’s work. However, for any peer review, there are some general guidelines to follow:
Read First: Read through your peer’s entire submission before you start scoring them or offering feedback.
Be Specific: Include comments that are specific. Comments like “that was great!” or “I didn’t like it” won’t be very helpful to your peer. You need to tell them specifically why it was great or what you didn’t like. Comments should be specific enough that they make sense and are easy to follow.
Be Balanced: Include comments that highlight the strengths as well as the weaknesses of the submission. Constructive feedback should focus on what your peer can improve as well as what was successful.
Ask Questions: Raise questions that come to your mind as you are reviewing their assignment. If something is unclear to you, ask about it in a respectful and kind way.
Be on Time: Your peers rely on your thoughtful feedback to improve their work. Make sure that you submit your feedback to them within one week of submitting your own assignment.
Remember that peer reviews are an opportunity to offer thoughtful, constructive feedback to your peers, but they are also a chance for you to learn from the way others approach the assignment!
Before I never know this way of how to conduct a proper workshop or framework toward HR process, Now I found very useful ways on this course on how to map out JD and Recruitment flow now, And also workshop guide is very simple and useful for practical.

Before, I learnt about different options for organizational structure like geographic, matrix, functional and divisional and after, I learnt about roles and responsibilities of each and every cadre in the structure of the organization.
This module was quite enlightening regarding the organizational structure.
Interesting module.
Interesting module. The case studies are really beneficial.
I believe that participation in this conversation means the most effective ways to make sure important information gets through to employees. Being there in person also tells your audience they are important to you and the issue you are discussing is worth your time and theirs. Your focus will get people’s attention and increase the potential for your message to be heard.
Interesting module. The case studies are really beneficial. This approach is what I was unknowingly exposed to while doing my internship as an HR business associate. I initially learned a lot from being mentored, and continue to learn from direct instruction, but most of my learning was through research and doing the tasks assigned to me. The team meetings sort of act as the most formal instruction that is provided, which covers the 10%.
*This module tie in with the finance techniques of Module 1 and focuses on EU-projects and proposals. These do not only open up new financial sources of funding but offer valuable project experiences, which become part of the participants' repertoire. The participants learn how to establish international partnerships, how to develop the "perfect" EU project, how to balance cooperation across borders, and - above all - how to write successful EU concepts. In addition, they will hear about theoretical and practical dimensions of diplomacy, of international dialogue (United Nations, OSCE), and of multicultural life and collaboration. The module will be complemented by an introduction into conflict management and applied diplomacy.
