@Amandi, thank you for sharing your intended change plan. Keep it real as your culture value to affect your organization positively at all times.
@aiahmana and @hajee, thank you for sharing your understanding about your new learnt on organizational structure.
Now, i really like to know,
1- what you think before about organization structure?
2- what changes do you plan to make at your organization after completing this module?
Kindly respond swiftly please.
Before going through this module, I did not know that I had to set a calendar for performance management. My performance monitoring system lacked many of those formalities shown in the module. I learned a great deal about employee motivation. Thanks a lot!
I can't help but agree that this course has exposed me to a lot things I used to take granted, such as :
Organization chart and valves. I have also come to understand that they are not mere formalities because they are part of the corner stone that form the strong pillar of any successful organization.

I'm extremely finding it difficult to finish the assignment. I have completed my assignment to Module 5 except for the summary that requires slides. How am I supposed to do that? I do not know how to create slides. Is it compulsory I do it especially now that I am running out of time?

Hi @Amandi, you have done well thus far. For the slide, please don't be troubled okay. You can get that done easily through Microsoft PowerPoint application. Kindly, see this link below for an explicit hints/guides/chart flow on how to do that.

I pray this will help you achieve that.
Likewise, don't hesitate to intimate me when faced with other challenges on that.
before the module, it was difficult for me to distinguish between geographic and dividional; after the module, everything is clear enough

Organisational Charts are critical in understanding how your organisation stands in the short, medium and long term. Going through this exercise helps me understand how this affects the operations of my NGO
Organisational chart has help me with an overview of key considerations as we plan towards the future. It has helped to crystallize our organisational direction and what is needed to achieve success.
i used to think that structures or charts of command are just a waste of time but now i realize that they play a very big role in shaping the culture of the organisation but also facilitates action as every body is aware where to report or get information
