Hi @all Community members!
I found this interesting article from the Stanford Social Innovation Review about Ten Nonprofit Fundraising Models: https://ssir.org/articles/entry/ten_nonprofit_funding_models
What do you think about some of the model ideas?
I like the article because it prompts you to think about what you are already doing and how that aligns with what funders are looking to invest in. It also inspires you to work on your organization model and framework because doing what you do better than others out there is a quick way to get recognized.
Have you taken the Fundraising: Connecting with Donors and/or the Fundraising Strategies course on the Philanthropy University platform? These courses can help you to get ready to connect with funders and measure your strategy to ensure you are getting the most funding you can.
Share your successes and learning so we can grow as a Community together.
Thank you for this , very eye opening .
Thank you for sharing.

Do you have examples of good resources that the community might also find useful? @Niazi-TACT @aoyusuff @Justhelpingout @Okoko @Vivianazubuikeimoh @DennisMichael @imranasghar
My hope is that we can share resources together and engage in discussions about best practices and helpful tips. What do you think?

I love this course and I'm enjoying it.
I have never started any organization but this course is driving me to it and I have realized that its something that I'd love to do.
I do have a humanitarian project that I'm working on.It is a self funded project but this course has so far inspired me to structure my project in a form that can attract investors to realise growth, to impact more lifes.
Thanks Kamilla for this.
Hi Kamilla
Thanks for sharing the article its interesting however I haven't done the course on Fundraising Strategies looking forward to enroll soon.
Hi Kamilla, sorry I am replying a little late. However thanks for the article.
Thank you for this Kamila
Thank you Kamila for sharing.
Thanks for sharing. Someone knows about pages where organizations could apply for international fundraising.
Thanks for that link Kamilla. The article gives us many options to look at and consider, which is great. I have done the Connecting with Donors and the Fundraising strategies courses and used information learnt in both of these great courses in our GlobalGiving Accelerator December 2018. We were successful with raising $5000 from 40 donors in 34 days. Use your Philanthropy University knowledge to raise funds for your organisation through GlobalGiving!
Thanks Kamila, had to take my time to understand these models and they are very impacting.

Excellent article Kamilla, thank you so much. I have copied it for application as I work through ways and means to continue to fundraise successfully for my project!
fundraising is very important part of nonprofit organizations because you cannot drive your organization with out resource and to find money you must know how to connect your organizational needs to your donors
listen your donors and ask more than needs
Thanks for the article

Thank you for this! For me, #10, Local Nationalizer, resonates most ... I see my new nonprofit as answering a need for adolescents that schools and governments are not providing adequately. I am starting locally, but my vision is to go national.
