I would properly start applying the Gantt Chart altogether with the risk management tools from this course.

In this course, you have learned about many different processes, tools, and practices that should help you be a better project manager. However, it is up to you to decide how you will use your new knowledge. In the next few months, what new processes, tools, and practices will you start using on your projects?
Then, find at least one other learner and wish them good luck!
Example post: In the next few months I will (start using project charters, start using stakeholder analysis matrices, etc.)
I have learnt a lot in this program. Going forward, I'm going to use Gannt Chart to schedule my project activities and also introduce Risk Management Log to monitor project progress. I will also pay particular attention to my project charter.
The knowledge I gain on this course of fundamentals of Project Management are very helpful for me more importantly how to manage a team as well as related issues which arise during project implementation, i will use these skills like WBS ,GANTT chart , RACI matrix and knowledge to improve my project.
I have learnt so much more than I learnt in my project management class at school which even lasted longer than the duration of this course. I am going to make sure I put the knowledge to good use. Thank you very much and good luck to my fellow course mates.

In the next few months, I will start learning how to apply managing people on my project that I am working on now. Because, people management is a serious in project management.
In a few months, i am going to do tasks like End of project transitions, Identifying Risk, identifying issues and managing issues. Thank you PU and all the peer friends.
The project charter has been overlooked almost always. I will from now put this together and make this my reference document from which to update and adjust happenings as well as track progress of work.
I will also put to use the stakeholder analysis and the Gantt Chart.
I have learnt a lot, one of which is how to manage resources and stay to plan during project implementation. I have also learnt well how to manage risk that are associated to project and how well to also manage each of this risks identified and am willing to make use of this tools learnt on the my project .
Honestly speaking, I have learnt a lot about project management. Henceforth, I will be using Gantt Chart, Stakeholders' analysis, Network Analysis, Activity based budget using combination of "Top down, Bottom up and Parametric techniques", Risk Assessment Matrix, and "RACI and DACI Matrix" .
I want to say a BIG THANK YOU tothe initiator of this program, his team and associates, all facilitators and instructors.
Thank you for making a world a better place through education/e-learning.

There was just so much i learned from this course that i found very useful. I am motivated to say that i will want to use everything i learnt. But definitely some of the ones that i will want to use include the Work Breakdown Structure, Gantt Charts, Stakeholder Analysis Risk Assessment Matrix and RACI Matrix.
Though i never had any formal Project Management training and learnt basic project management from working in the field, after doing this course, it made me wonder what was i really doing before.

In the next few months ill be using what i have learned from this courses to be a better and proactive project manager. I can share with others the new learning and new technique.
In this next few month I will beging to apply how to analyse stakeholder and think about responsibility of project Manager in my project.
It was a tremendous model in which we learned step by step project management, which will help in us in the future.
In the next few months, I will start using the stakeholder analysis matrices, start using the RACI matrix and also the Gantt chart
In the next few months I will start applying all the skills I have achieved from this course in my Disability Awareness project In Rwanda. The charter, Stakeholder Management matrices, and other useful tools will help me succeed in my project implementation.
I will have to use the RACI Matrix Tool, Stakeholder Anaysis Tool, and the Risk Assessment Tool
Throughout my career I most definitely plan to use an issue log. I think this is a great way for staff to be open about issues they are experiencing throughout the project and make sure they are being resolved. It also helps at the end of the project with the learning process by identifying different risks they were not realized before the project began.

I look forward to putting everything I've learnt to practical use in the coming months. Excellent course... Highly recommended.
In the next few weeks I will start implementing the project management practices that i have learned from the course. I am now better informed than I was before. I will also encourage my team to enroll in this course and this will improve our understanding, coordination and cooperation on the project.
This training is marvellous! As a project manager at SOME, I never used any of the tools nor skills that I have being exposed to in the course of this training! I know now that I have acquired very important skills to make deliver more quality and professional job at SOME. Kudos to Philanthropy University!
I have gained alot of knowledge on project management, in the next few month I will start using project charters, stakeholder analysis matrices, soft and hard skill and above all as a project manager I will deliver my project within stipulated time, budget and scope.
I learned a lot through this course. Especially it allowed me to discover and improve my competence. Delegation of stains through RACI will allow me to face future projects with less stress
In the next few months i will start use work breakdown structure, risk register,Gantt chart,RACI
It has been an experience indeed. All modules have been so relevant. I have learnt so much and this course has also highlighted how much I need to learn! What's more the assignments and tools like the Gantt Chart, Stakeholder Analysis, Work Break Down Structure and the RACI Matrix has given me a so much clearer picture of my intended project. Thank you Philanthropy University!!!

In the next few months I will start using project charters, Gantt chart and RACI matrix in a lot of things that I'd do
This course was packed with very many insightful tools
I will try to analyse the interests of my stakeholders more and manage them better. The projects I work on have a multitude of stakeholders that need to be managed and I have always done that on an adhoc basis which is has been challenging.
The course has been of great help to me. I will be able to use the skills learnt to manage projects assigned to me , more so the RACI matrix, Gant chart , soft skills of managing people and how to manage the three constraints( Scope, budget and schedule)
It was really a good pleasure for me to take this course. Very usefull to me and i will try to out it into practice
This program has taught me a lot therefore going forward, a number of tools that I learnt here like the Stakeholder analysis matrix to better engage my project stakeholders and The RACI to enhance internal controls
I think that this last module is very important because it covers all others module in this course.
It true that I have learned a lot from this course, but I need furthermore.
My question is about the issue.
Is there a percentage for an issue before to contact the donor in a project. Because what I understood is that the issue can be solved by everybody all the personal in the project. But when even the project manager and the governance can not solve it, they will contact the donor.

I am really thankful to this online course. The tools, the Modules have been clearly explained. I will start using the RACI matrix, I will use the Issue log and the Risk management system as well.
Just one thing that I think the online course should look at is that they put the last 3 Assignments (Module 2-4) due to the same date.
I experienced some problem in my country, unrest and I could not have access to internet, so I missed to submit on time my Assignments because of this.

This course has been very helpful in articulating some of very important aspects/tools yet often ignored in project management. The RACI tool for instance is quite exciting at managing personnel. Since i have never applied it in my previous projects (or perhaps i did that informally), i will be adopting it in the upcoming projects given how it helps in enhancing clarity of roles.
Thanks to the team that availed this course. I will be glad to continue using this platform.
More than enough was learned in this course. In the next few months I will start to use the project charter, I see it as a plan and I will frequent the use of Gantt chart as well as other tools learned in this course. The tools will help me achieve greatly my objectives of enrolling for the course.
