Why I'm interested in this course: Results -Based Financing is because the Central Bank of my Country has spent BILLIONS of US Dollars to finance agriculture, for the purpose of food security. Unfortunately, all those funds turned out to be wasted, because they made no impact at all to either agricultural production or food security. My aim is to learn how I can be of help in this regard, to make sure that every dollar spent adds value to the bottom line.
