Re: Module 5: Discussion Small communities at village or ward levels meet monthly so as to decide what priority project the want to be implemented. Is it a road to the nearest center to commute or take produce to the market: Is it a water borehole that is needed to improve sanitation and fresh water sources; Is it a health center to alleviate community health issues and enhance public health: Do we need an adult literacy class to improve literacy and financial awareness?
