What are pros and cons for a profit organisation?
We know that the main aspect that makes For profits is the financial, all the stakeholders have money as their main goal, sometimes without taking into consideration aspects related to the sustainable development.
One of the pros is that any revenue generated above and beyond expenses is meant for the owner to do as he wishes. He or she can either use it for personal enjoyment or reinvest it back into the company. Another advantage is that if the business isnt going on well, the assets are highly liquid. and one of the cons is that it must pay taxes on his or her profits
For profits are taxed while NGOs are not. In For Profits the Shareholders share the profit in NGOs all the profits are invested in the organization, the board members do not share the profits.
I believe there a no cons
The biggest cons would be that the owner misused the funds and resources to his own advantage and that there is no regulation on how he does it. Simply put it corruption is definitely involved.
