Honey as Money
The project I currently manage uses non-monetary incentives to attract talents, skills, knowledge and other stakeholders by helping communities to identify locally available resources that can be utilized to earn income without depending on external sources; this include identifying local skills, talents, knowledge and other resources available through resource mapping. Communities are then trained on how to turn those skills and talents into entrepreneurial opportunities. This has motivated many community members to engage into income generating activities, which in turn increase their income hence improved livelihoods.
