(01) Goal Setting -January : HR sends out the message to all staff 1st week.
(02) Goals Finalized- By mid- February: Manager approves individual employee's goals after discussion.
(03) 360 Review- June : 360 review using the system HR launches to all staff and everyone needs to select the peers.
(04) Mid-Year Review- July : Manager and employee discussion using outputs from 360 review and update goal if necessary.
(05) 360 Review- Early December: 360 review using the system HR launches to all staff and everyone needs to select the peers. Team-based open 360.
(06) Year and Review- December : Manager and employee discussion using outputs from 360 review and discuss implications for next year's goals.
