  • Examples of Pathways of Change

    The diffrent goups of people in our program context are donors, Program staff, Partners, Project staff, and beneficiaries.

    Donors need to learn why do they invest in this program, Program staff Partners & Project staff whether and how you share common goals, strategies, and tactics and beneficiaries need to learn what benefit they get in participating in the intervention.

    Choose one group of people to focus on. For example, you may choose to focus on funders, beneficiaries, partners, executive staff, program staff, or board members. Then, explain exactly what this person should understand after reading your Theory of Change.

    I wanted to focus on the Partners of the my organization's intervention and what this group should understand after reading your Theory of Change is the common goals, strategies, and tactics of the intervenion that are identified for a positive change intended for participants of the program(community).
