Almost all the tools I learned about have been helpful and timely I would say because I'm at at the period of putting next year's activities together. However, I'll like to emphasize the processes that fasinated me as I make to roundup this course. It is the project transition and end-to-end closing processes. As one skilled in administration, I love reviewing and monitoring at the end of every project. But, since I basically work with volunteers (for now), I realized everyone just wants to go their way once a project is completed though I usually insist on all-round review. Having learned this, I have decided to create the consciousness of proper closing of projects.
Also, the internal control log is another helpful tool I will be adopting.
My request, I need a mentor for a young NGO that is barely 5 years.
@leadoutirene, thanks for staying to complete the course successfully. Please note that I will carry your request across board for your wish to be granted. We wish you well in your endeavor.

Done but can't find my certificate.
@leadoutirene, you would receive your certificate after the assignment in each module has been thoroughly assessed by your peers, and you also have assessed other learners assignments likewise. Thereafter, an overall score would be given to your work. You would then earn a certificate of completion provided you earn a total mark greater than 50%.

SO FAR, SO GOOD. THE JOURNEY HAS NOT BEEN EASY AT ALL, FROM MODULE 1 TO 4, IN MY TRADITION OF WRITING A LOT FROM THE NOTES AND PRACTICING ALTOGETHER, RACI MATRIX IS AS GOOD AS ALLOWING THE PROJECT TO IMPLEMENT ITSELF , WHILE SUPERVISION IS DONE FROM THE REAR SIDES BY THE PROJECT MANAGER, HAVING KNOWN THAT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EVERYONE ONE INVOLVED IS CLEARLY DEFINED.
