  • To reduce climate change effect on the inhabitants living in the Southern part of Cameroon from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021

    Introduction
Mitigation and adaptation are two climate change commitments of the international climate agreement to reduce the impacts of climate change on social and ecological systems.
Mitigation is about reducing the long-term impacts of climate change through Greenhouse gases (GHGs) emission reduction or/and through their sequestration. Agriculture is one of the major driven of deforestation and forest degradation (Hosonuma et al, 2012), and accounts for about 20% of GHGs emissions in developing countries (Angelsen, 2008). Offsetting these emissions by providing payments to countries, communities and individuals for implementing forest management options that limit deforestation and forest degradation is one of the most cost-effective mitigation approaches (Angelsen, 2008, Stern, 2007). Adaptation to climate change targets the impacts of climate change by reducing vulnerability and for enchancing resilience. Changes in the earth climate system have introduced new dynamics and uncertainties on agriculture Systems, with increasing unevenness in inter- annual and seasonal climate patterns (Crane, Roncoli, & Hoogenboom, 2011). In this light, the adaptation of agricultural systems is necessary to reduce vulnerability and enhance adaptive capacities (Smit & Skinner's, 2002). The adaptation of agricultural systems to climate change is a function of the type of climatic stimuli, location, farming characteristics, political, economic and are institutional contexts in which policies designed and implemented (Bryant et al, 2000).
In Cameroon forests cover about 17.5million hectares (37%) of the total land area, with a high concentration in the Southern part of the national territory ( World Resource Institute (WRI), 2011). The vast dense HFZ makes Cameroon an important country for Carbon emission reduction through avoided deforestation. ( Robiglio et al., 2010).). There is also a need for adaptation since direct and indirect components of agricultural systems in the forest zones of Cameroon are vulnerable and impected by climate variability (Tingem, Rivington, & Belkocchi, 2009; Yengoh, Tchuinte, Armah, & Odoi, 2010). To tackle these major challenges the Government is committed through it's Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) to reduce emissions by 32% by 2035 from it's projected baseline of 2010 emissions and to enhance the resilience of social and ecological systems. And agriculture is well represented in both the mitigation and adaptation commitments ( Government of Cameroon {GOC}, 2005).
There is need for more information on interplay between climate change and the sectoral policies and processess, in terms of causes and /or drivers, impacts and response strategies.
These strategies involve, technical, financial and managerial interventions, involving multiple stakeholders- governments private sector and farmers. The planning of this strategies need a profile of various types of activities. Such as it's feasibility, limitations, strengths and who will be involved in the facilitation, development and implementation (Bradshaw, Dolan & Smit, 2004; Smit & Skinner, 2002).
Agriculture research depend on intensification initiatives services. The agriculture research are responsible to design, testing and facilitation of all forms of context-specific intensification techniques and propagation of innovative practices to land users ( Evenson, 2001). Which mean ways of managing forest agriculture systems are important for the short term adaptation and long term mitigation abatement of climate change
    Ii) Problem statement
To reduce the climate change affect on the inhabitants living in the southern part of Cameroon.
    Iii) Goal
To better the living conditions of human life.
    Objective
To reduce the the climate change affect on the inhabitants living in Southern part of Cameroon from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 using the following indicators to measure it
    Atomsphere temperature
Which is to be captured daily, monthly and seasonal by a trained volunteer graduate with master in climatology.
    Daily
Animation of 30Day running average 925hpa standardized.
    Temperature Anomaly
    Monthly
Standardized change in month surface Temperature . Anomaly from previous month.
    Precipitation
    Monthly
    Monthly precipitation persistent
    Seasonal
    Seasonal precipitation Anomaly.
This will be done by the trained volunteer graduate with master in climatology.
    Role and responsibilities
    100 Zonal coordinators
100 trained volunteer graduate with master in climatology with do the following daily monthly, mid and annual:
Daily will be collection of Daily
Animation of 30Day running average 925hpa standardized.
Monthly these will be collected Temperature Anomaly

Adapted the novel techniques on afforestation and green house construction using farmers of the Southern part of Cameroon.
Submit report weekly, monthly, mid year and annually to the M&E officer ( Myself)
    1000 Farmers
100 Trained volunteer graduate with master in climatology will do a daily monitor on 1000 trained farmers that will implement the new techniques on afforestation and green houses and submit the report to the M&E officer on a weekly, monthly, mid year and annually basis.
    Community leaders
All the community leaders will be brainstorm on the goal of the project and told of what is expected of them as the facilitator within the community.
    Government
The government will be told of what is expected of them as a facilitator in the authorization level.
Monthly, mid year and annually report will be given my the ( M&E officer) to the government officials.
    Private sector
All the private sector will be told of what we expect from them as a facilitator in the community as far as information are needed.
    M&E Officer
Collating all report and evaluate the report
Make SMART decision from the lesson learnt
Submit the report and way forward to the National Geographic.
Submit the report to the government.

    1. The entire population of the Southern part of Cameroon will be affected.
    2. All the population living within the Southern part of Cameroon.
    3. It will reduce the climate change effect on the population of the Southern part of Cameroon. Also it will create employment rate were 1100 youth will be employed thereby increasing the employment rate by 11%.

    Budget 10,000$
