I'm currently working with ZOA (Zuid Oost Azie) as a WaSH Project manager. even though i have not really recieved training regarding Monitoring and evaluation, i have conducted M&E activities and have learnt quite a lot "on the job". i am taking this course so that i can have a better understanding of M&E and also proper evaluation of my project and possibly pass this on to my team.

Living as a refugee made me realise that the best gift one can ever give to a community is a gift, I started a school where I help children by providing primary education, I am a director being helped by 7 support staffs. Through continuous monitoring, the value for the money was realized. I was also able to develop monitoring plans for different projects which were implemented and it was easy to tract which technologies were disseminated to which farmers and their location.
