I currently work for a church as the Communications Coordinator, which has me involved in many different areas. Our vision is to create a positive social ecosystem for young people, so they can solve social problem and innovation through their creativity. Our current activity is local community development in rural area. We're currently developing 18 villages by empowering 1400 volunteers with various backgrounds.

I'm interested to learn about Planning for Monitoring and Evaluation to measure the impact of our activities. Since one of Social Designee goal is to develop both our volunteers and local communities in the village, we have to be able to monitor and evaluate the growth of intangible values. I'm really interested to join a team, especially a team of youth so we can understand better how young people can contribute in nonprofit issues.
