Hi my name is Gaoagiwe German More,

I am from South Africa, Johannesburg working for an international Non-profit organisation as a Corporate Social Investment Consultant( CSI). My role is to fund raise for 33 NGOs in South Africa and ensure proper utilization of funds received by NGOs. My goals for the course is to understand how to develop and implement an M&E plan in order to assist the NGOs we represent to measure and evaluate their interventions. I am Filipina Lukas joining from Namibia and i am working for network of people living and affected by HIV/AIDS in Namibia. TONANA Network was found in 2008 by Namibian with aim of advocating the rights of people living with HIV and ensure the voice of the voiceless is heard . Hello everyone,

My name is Joseph, joining from Uganda.
I work part time at Innovations for Poverty Action as a Field manager.
I hope to increase my skills in M & E, as it is an part of my work. I have no exposure (training) in the M & E but I monitor and evaluate project activities, monitor project budget and field staff.

I am Eunice Chirwa joining from Malawi. I am currently working as an Administrative Assistant in an engineering company. By the end of the course i would like to have gained skills that would be useful as i embark on some education research projects. I would also like to join a team during the course of the program. I do not have any experience related to the course.

My name is Emin. I am joining from Turkey. I am working in Welthungerhilfe. My role is caseworker. In our humanitarian aids project we need to monitoring and evaluation for take a good feedback and will make a good plan for the next time. We wanna get good quality for our work. Its so interested in for joinin a team for this course and all teams working. I dont have any experiment yet. Its my first course on Philanthropy University.

My name is Ari, I am from the United States. I currently do not work in M&E but intend to pursue a Master's degree in Program Evaluation and Data Analytics later this year. My only experience comes from working at a the Rape Crisis Cape Town Trust in South Africa doing a program evaluation of their new advocacy training program and delivering a report as part of my Master's degree in Applied Human Rights in 2016/17.

Yes I am working with National Agricultural Research Organization (NARO). My role is Conduct baseline studies, collect and collate data, run analyses, conduct, market surveys, and profitability analysis of different technologies released by NARO as well as doing monitoring and Evaluation of research activities
The goal is to enhance my capacity to monitor and evaluate research activities effectively. The skills obtained will help me to spearhead the impact assessment study of the World Bank project which ended in December 2018 (Agricultural Technology, Agribusiness advisory services project (ATAAS). By guiding the teams and training them

      I am very much willing. Of course not only to be successful in meeting the objectives but   also to widen the network and create more synergies.

Ofcourse since I worked with ATAAS, and monitored ATAAS research activities, is able to know the most cost effective technologies that farmers could adopt. Through continuous monitoring, the value for the money was realized. I was also able to develop monitoring plans for different projects which were implemented and it was easy to tract which technologies were reassessed and disseminated to which farmers and their location.
