With the Theory of Change and Logical Framework almost similar although differing in some instances, if one organization (especially n ew one) has to choose between the two, is there a recommendation that is generally preferred?
The module is rich and simple to understand.
Creating a theory of change starts at initial stage but has to begin when all the key stakeholders are engaged.
It should be considered as one of the powerful tools for program and determines if a program would register success or failure.
All the confusing common terms clearly defined to all the key stakeholders, the terms commonly confusing include; precondition, assumption, intervention, long term outcome.
The guiding preparation phases include; preparation, facilitation and implementation.

What would a good combination of leads be to ensure a successful Theory of Change process?
I also found the distinction between vision and mission is difficult. In short, I see now that the vision is the dream destination that we want to reach, while the mission is how we plan to travel to reach there, based on our resources, speed and context.

identify the long term outcome, it sat that its not easy to identify the long-term goal because people will always have different idea of the long term goals at first, one major pitfall is that sometime an unclear theory of change can be raised, and when this happens it will affect the whole pathway change
