Bonjour je suis Marie-Thérèse NGOBO , j'ai entamé récemment le cours sur la collecte et analyse des données et présentement je suis sur le module 2 à savoir la collecte de données alors ma question est de savoir s'il y a pas d'autres méthodes de collectes de données récentes ou anciennes à l'exception de celles citées dans le module? aussi en ce qui concerne la partie comprendre les participants par exemple la question de la proportion de personnes de cette population ayant accès à des technologies devrons nous procédé à un sondage avant ? ou faire un examen de document au cas ou une étude liée à la technologie a déjà été menée une fois auprès de cette population cible? ou comment avoir des réponses à ce type de question face à une situation qui nous est étrangère?

Acknowledging and understanding the needs of the stakeholders and demographics of the participants is the key to designing impactful data collection plans. The platform's stakeholder mapping facilitates user identification and the discovery of their data needs. It helps the management to align the project's aims with the goal. The number of participants of different backgrounds is one of the elements being taken into account when developing the tool. This includes language proficiency, reading and writing skills, and cultural norms. Risking the challenges, for example, low literacy as a candidate of doubtful input data, forcing the need to rely on multiple and creative approaches. Prolonged observation and adjustments during data gathering process are able to tackle the unanticipated issues therefore, data accuracy and relevance are the expected outcomes. Incorporating stakeholder perspectives and understanding participant behavior into data collection approaches helps in subsequently collect relevant data for evidence-based decisions to be made and stakeholders’ expectations are met as well.
