Like you asked, 'the difference between 'training and development' Training has to do with a 'short range thing/ achievement while 'Development is a 'long term thing/achievement what this mean is that for 'training, is an experience that one embark on to make him/her familiar with a thing/setting and the sole aim of it is to impact skills and knowledge on the person while 'development is experience that one gets to boost him/her more on/in the job or a thing. Is(development) in long term while 'training is in short term, it helps the person, guides the person in' the job, it can be between 'weeks to few months and the aim of it is to equip the person on the task ahead and is like an 'orientation as well to formerly introduce the person in the work/job and from time to time, is put in place to impart and the activity is for people to acquire skills or knowledge
