In my country, Nigeria the structures are four; the Limited Liability Company which is a profit with a board, the sole proprietorship which is the same everywhere and by definition is a for profit run by an individual who takes all the decisions and the non profit which is in two strands. The first which is the most common is the non profit limited by trustees, which is solely non profit and the second which is limited by guarantee which will fall under the hybrid model. This model can receive donations and grants as well as run for profit transaction. I have skipped the technical details of their limitations under the Corporate and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020.
