My name is Lilian. I am a health personnel. As regards data collection and data use, it is important to collect all necessary information needed to provide the best help or care to the patient. These information should be stored in files not accessible to non authorized personnel. All health care providers should also learn to keep patients information anonymous. we have had cases where patients sensitive information was shared with a relative who used this info for slandering. This is really unethical.
