Almost 60%of the learners have poor quality smart phones which will be not good to access online content and lack bundles for internet acess. We need to procure tablet and subscribe unlimited internet during class hours. The synchronized training will be appropriate with use of you tube videos, WhatsApp life chats or zoom chats, goggle meets etc

The learners would need a laptop or desktop at best and may be a tablet or iPad as alternatives. Smart phones would work but those would reduce the opportunity to be fully involved in the training at the best level.

To provide online site training to the youth at ease either live or on a recorded device. To make a recorded version of training materials only accessible by the youth upon paying a subsidised fee for the vocational skill knowledge of the trainees interest.
We simply need to inform and have the student work through a series of slides. A self-paced course will allow for learners with slow internet connection or small devices that require time-consuming scrolling.

The SHFs will use a smartphone and wireless speaker as well as Whatsapp to get the video as a learning material. We can also exchange with them through pictures and instant voice messages to assess their knowledge. We at the same time allow them to learn at their own pace and contact us as soon as they are ready.
The technology I use might help my learners to maximize their learning online and make them more attentive to the learning, as well as it can assess their learning objectively

Learners nowadays have huge issues in internet connectivity, On my experience as a college professor teaching and designing a curriculum context, Most students/learners are also challenged with the proper direction of educational resources that can help them both asynchronous and or asynchronous.

For my training, whatsapp life chats will be used. It serves as both synchronous and self paced scheduling. Learners will need both a good phone and access to a laptop for limited periods. Good Internet access will be requied
Because my learners do not have access to a computer and most of them have a mobile android phone, I will like to build a lesson that will be best viewed on a computer and mobile. I will also want the class to be self-paced because the learners have other commitments aside from studying and this method would enable them to join the lesson anytime they can.

M&D stats decided that self-paced training would best. The learners are from diverse education levels and all over the country. The internet access is sometimes challenging especially in rural areas and with the epileptic electricity supply by the power provider in the country. Questions and answers sessions will be held once a week to interact with student. Assignments, quizzes and videos will be included in as part of their training.
I want to use Synchronous trainings as they follow a schedule and require students to be present at the same time. I think this method gives them accountability as opposed to having them read materials and take an open book test.
