  • My name is Mzikazi Ntuli. I am from South Africa even though I am based in Mozambique. I am a mother, a passionate human rights activist, an Entrepreneur, and co-founder of a company that promotes innovative and technological solutions. I also do a lot of consultancy work in the areas of education, Sexual and Reproductive health, gender and women empowerment issues.
I am delighted to be doing this course. My goal is to learn how to write winning proposals. I have been doing fund-raising work for the past 15 years and writing proposals. I however feel that I have not been as successful in my endeavors as I would like to be. There are so many developments in this field, new terminology and ways of approaching fundraising that I believe is eluding me and has contributed to me feeling a bit disillusioned.
I believe that the personal and professional networks I will identify and cultivate during this course will help me to strengthen those areas of my weakness and help me raise capital in the area that I am now branching into which is Venture Capital for my company. I believe that I will get new professional tools I will use to grow my business and help more women enterprises.
I am most excited to learn the right language as it will increase chances of me raising more funds
