Before, I never realized every organization ought to have organizational model.
After, I knew more and developed one for my company.
i really enjoyed the discussion in which some one improved can talent and work out many challenges,i look forward to achieve more in this wonderful university.
The most insightful thing I've learned from this module is the impact the individual organization and its goals has on the type of organization structure utilized. There is no right or wrong.
Accessibility is, of course, still an issue, and those who would like to participate will need access to regular, uninterrupted electricity and internet, which is still beyond the reach of many people around the world. But, I believe, this year is just the beginning of the change we will see and I would encourage anyone and everyone who can participate to do so.
It is a very good sharing in the workshop module before and use the tips after in a way to development the organisation structure.
Before this module I only focused on functional grouping when designing an organogram. I have now learnt about geographical, divisional and matrix which is quite enriching.

I think the most appealing I dear I've learned in this chapter is that we always need to make the recruitment plan to find the right people, fit our business model and we also need to prepare the backup plan so that our organization can function well enough if one or some key people suddenly leave.
