• Staff or participants may require technical skills that are difficult to acquire. Training may be needed.

• Data security for digital data collection can be and may require specialized technically skilled people to provide. With traditional ways of data collection the issue of data security can be solved by merely ensuring data is stored under lock and key.

but one thing I want to pose a question I'm curious to understand on the side of using digital form as the means of collecting your information is how are you going to conduct focus group in a digital way unlike other data collection tool since focus group requires more to listen, write on a paper which is more easier than digital way and record incase your
respondent do not need to be recorded ?

I think it's really better to migrate to digital system of data collection irrespective of the cost coz the cost involves is one-time payment.

Adopting the old system can't stand the test of new technology and which is more out modes and I don't think any donor will accept the use of paper way of collecting data.
