In this course, you have learned about many different processes, tools, and practices that should help you be a better project manager. However, it is up to you to decide how you will use your new knowledge.
In the next few months, post what new processes, tools, and practices will you start using on your projects?
Then, find at least one other learner and wish them good luck!

Director: The director of Pragya oversees this project and several others. She manages Pragya's
strategy and many important external relationships.
Project Manager: The project manager plans, monitors, and controls the project. She is managed by
the director.
M&E Manager: The M&E Manager is in charge of measuring the project's outcomes and progress.
He makes sure that data is collected and analyzed. He is managed by the director.
Field Officer: The four (4) field officers are in charge of the day-to-day operation of the Agri-centers
as well as any contact with local beneficiaries. They are managed by the M&E manager.
Finance Manager: The finance manager prepares budgets and monitors expenses. He is managed
by the director.
Agricultural/Technology Specialists: These three (3) specialists are experts in agriculture and
agricultural technology. They are in charge of any training or educational materials. They are
managed by the project manager.
Communications Consultant: The communications consultant works part-time on this project. He
prepares any promotional or reporting materials that are shown to external stakeholders. He is
managed by the project manager.
Procurement Manager: The procurement manager is in charge of buying, transporting, and storing
the materials that the project uses. She is managed by the project manager and finance manager.

The RACI Matrix really simplifies tasking of various personnel and I will be definitely using it in my upcoming project; Green Energy For Rural Eswatini which aims at providing affordable energy for rural folks through solar power.

Module 4 is great a lots of thigs I have tried to learn. As not a native speaker that I have to read carefully and take a time to understand well. Some information are confuse for me because my English skills.
I have learnt about Project management Practices but I have to learn more will take time learning this. If I have chance to work at the project I will use what I have learn. Thank you

As from this moment, I will start using the stakeholders Analysis tool to deal rightly with stakeholders. I will also explore the RACI matrix more to get better understanding of assigning roles and responsibilities in a project team

I appreciate the knowledge and case studies shared out through all these units and i will explore the possibility of using RACI going forward .This will help me in mapping out the key personnel who are responsible for specific tasks and also their reporting channels.Incase one division lags behind,then we have ways through which we will be able to intervene in order to ensure that their is harmony within all departments and the entire team is working towards a common goal

By virtue of the information gained during the study, i cannot say i will pick only RACI or DACI, ..., I will utilise the knowledge gained to create an effective project management skill. I will ensure success at Family Harvest Foundation in a year of two but all information got will be applied with immediate effect.

You may be right in your assertion @531, but in most cases it is best you carry all you have learned in the course along your endeavor. This is so, because you may not know where you may find yourself in future ie. a big or small organization.
