I think you should create an M&E plan because having it will lead to a successful implementation of the project. A monitoring plan will help to collect daily information related to the project so as to see the progress made and if there is a problem to mitigate on time. As far as evaluation plan is concerned it will help to measure if the project goals are achieved this for final evaluation or if the goals are on good track this for mid term evaluation.

It is true, having a project without having M&E is like starting a journey without knowing where you are heading to!

M&E plan should be created as it ensures transparency with the donors by making it easier for them to trace the progress against each set target. This eventually builds there confidence in you and helps you build better relationship with the donors.

Its critical to have a plan as any project has to be measurable. As targets have to be graded using qualitative and/or qualitative means. I have already opened my horizon in my thinking too.

I am happy to have learnt about this M&E course, to me up on learning to the end of this course I expect to learn to acquire a basic knowledge on the way our organization can measure itself on where it was in terms of performance, where it is and where the organization expect to reach it's goals.

With the help of doing an M&E plan, it will be easy to share detailed reports of all the clients that will be shared with other key stakeholders to the organizations. Whenever a project is being run, it comes with objectives and in this case it is to help girls get loans. You want to be able to track how critical success factors are being achieved. On the second point, donors are pat of projects for a specific reason and the want to contribute to projects which achieve what they were intended for. Collecting data will help donors have an unbiased information on what was done with their funds and how much the intended objective was achieved.

I think you should create an M&E plan to be able to communicate with evidence about the results of what you have done with your project to your donors when they ask for the value of their money during the auditing process or performance review. Internally, with M&E plan, you will have a clear direction as to which results to prioritize to deliver, and in case of corrective steps in the middle of implementation, you can do so effectively to improve performance.

M & E will help you know where you are going, how you are going and how will you reach where you are going.

M & E plan should be created because it will enable the organisation to understand the project better. In carrying out this plan, various methods will be devised to measure the achievements of the proposed project. From my point of view you should create an M&E plan because it will help you measure the success of your project and help you communicate your report statistically to your donors/funders. i think the project manager for meh must consider monitoring and evaluating the loans they give out as well as the business to which these loans are going to be used for.this creates a broad circumspective measure for the project manager of meh
