The recent news that Tourism Concern forced to close due to insufficient funding to sustain itself is probably a very good case study of fundraising strategies.

(2) What is wrong with the whole revenue and funding structure? Any innovative way to improve that?
(3) When social entrepreneurship and responsible tourism becoming more main-stream with many new entrants to the market, why is an organization with decades of experience closing down? Poor products, management and communications?
