Why do you think M&E is the back bone of every project?
I have had the opportunity to work on different project as an M&E assistance and i have seen how this topic is being practicalized. Its amazing how important monitoring and evaluation is to any project of any type. Be it government intervention, education, health, disaster etc. M&E plays a crucial role in ensuring that the project is successfull.
