Just to share with you what I gathered on the above topic:

1. Joint creation of projects: All partners must involved in bringing ideas that will lead to creation of projects.
2. Mutual accountability: Each partner must be held accountable to actions, decisions and resources
3. Commitment to tangible resources: For effective implementation of activities there must commitment in contributing the resources that will help to achieve partnership goals
   4.Equity: Each partner must be given equal opportunity unless otherwise mentioned
   5.Understand each other needs and capabilities to ensure that there is mutual benefit among partners
   6.Set measures to inform each other about partnership successes and challenges
