Anual Plan and long plan of our Institution
In my institution, our plan for the year is to increase the internal income of the institution, and our long-term goal is to become an institution with financial capacity and the ability to help the community. In order to ensure this is successful, the first thing I borrowed experts with great knowledge of tax collection to come and provide training to the employees of our institution, the goal is to build more skills. The second way is to set each employee a goal to fulfill for a certain period of time so that he can be properly responsible for fulfilling his duties. Since our institution has big goals in mind, we have tried to measure the abilities of our employees at the end of the month to determine the abilities they have and if there are challenges then we can identify them early and find solutions early either to train them or to find more skilled ones. And by doing this the institution becomes more prosperous.
