I am Liberty. I Amaechi. I have always been interested understanding, supporting, and encouraging others. This interest has made me always have concerns for other people's well-being and quick to sense what is wrong with someone before others might. I am well convinced that I will do well in situations and position where I can inspire, develop, manage and lead others hence my desire for new experiences, which offer a lot of diversity to grow and further develop my people’s skills and insights.
My job responsibilities have got me involved in business development, vendor relationship, recruitment management, talent acquisition, training need assessment, training delivery, employee retention, recruitment strategies, performance evaluation and team management. I am excited about this course
