    Interms of trust in working with other Stakeholders, transparency and open communications are key. If the Stakeholder feels respected and taken serious, they are likely to work with you in harmony. A mistake done by many Organisations is overlooking the needs of the Stakeholders you will be working with. As an organisation you shoukd be aware of other issues that are a challenge to the community and Stakeholders around and see how best can you assist if you have resources. Like for example you might be working with TB but have social workers that can assist in other areas of the community or otger Stakeholders.
