  • A pit fall in my organization

I worry that my organization might assume they have figured it all because the listing of assumptions is done once and might not be reviewed.
To avoid this, I will create a learning agenda and ensure that assumptions are reviewed overtime

  • When I start a new project, I always tell myself "never assume" and then I still inadvertently make assumptions. You're right - they need to be continuously reviewed. I like to include this as part of the Continuous Quality Improvement assessment. Depending on the importance of sudden occurrences, I tend to do a review quarterly.
