Lesson from failure
My engagement goal was Achievable and Applicable to the respondent. However, I failed to achieve my goal because some participants to the training and orientation were highly sensitive to the topics and reluctant to apply the methods. My engagement review is that really needs to be improved. My plan to overcome this obstacle is review my methods and focus to individual who are optimistic to any topics in order to be successful”
